  • 1-2 teaspoons kosher salt split
  • 1-2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced
  • sesame seeds for garnish
  • soy sauce and/or gochugaru flakes optional

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Bring a large pot of water with a teaspoon of salt to a boil. Blanch the broccoli florets for just 2 minutes and then immediately transfer them into an ice bath. Drain and pat dry.
  2. Place the cooled broccoli into a mixing bowl and season with sesame oil, minced garlic, and some salt to taste. Taste and adjust any ingredients as needed. Garnish with sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy!
