- Gather ingredients: fresh dandelion greens, garlic, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
- Rinse the dandelion greens thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt or grit. Pat them dry.

Cooking
- Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saut? until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Toss in the chopped dandelion greens and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until they are wilted but still vibrant green.
