Preparation
  1. Gather ingredients: fresh dandelion greens, garlic, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
  2. Rinse the dandelion greens thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt or grit. Pat them dry.
  3. Chop the dried greens into bite-sized pieces, about 1-2 inches long.
Cooking
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saut? until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  2. Toss in the chopped dandelion greens and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until they are wilted but still vibrant green.
  3. Drizzle soy sauce over the saut?ed greens and stir well to combine, cooking for an additional minute.
