Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon fillets skinless
Marinade
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice about 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste
Garnish
  • 1 lemon lemon slices for serving
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Marinate the Salmon
  1. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Bake the Salmon
  1. Preheat the oven to 400?F (200?C). Bake the marinated salmon for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through and flaky.
Serve
  1. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh dill before serving.
