Ingredients
  

For the Matcha Cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream chilled
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder plus extra for dusting
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Ladyfingers
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 cup ladyfingers

Method
 

Prepare the Matcha Cream
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, matcha powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined.
Assemble the Tiramisu
  1. Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the cooled coffee, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
  2. Layer half of the soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a 9x5 inch dish.
  3. Spread half of the matcha cream over the ladyfingers.
  4. Repeat with the remaining ladyfingers and matcha cream, finishing with the cream layer.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  6. Before serving, dust the top with additional matcha powder.
