Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh spinach finely chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the spinach, feta, almond flour, egg, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the baking sheet, flattening them slightly.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
