Ingredients
  

Slaw Ingredients
  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 medium jalapeño pepper seeded and minced
Dressing Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Slaw
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped red bell pepper, chopped cilantro, and minced jalapeño pepper.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, honey, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
