Ingredients
  

For the Cookie Dough
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs or flax egg for vegan
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
For the Chocolate
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chunks

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350?F (175?C).
  2. Cream the butter and sugars together in a large bowl until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, blending until fully incorporated.
  4. Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients gradually, stirring gently until just mixed.
  6. Fold in the milk and white chocolate chips with a spatula.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden but the centers still look soft.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
