Ingredients
  

Base
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk whole or low-fat
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
Fillings
  • 1 cup diced vegetables bell peppers, spinach, or onions
  • 1 cup cooked meat bacon, ham, or sausage (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375?F (190?C). Grease the muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese, diced vegetables, and cooked meat if using.
Baking
  1. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the quiches are set and lightly golden on top.
  3. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin.
