Ingredients
  

Berries
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
Pudding Layer
  • 2 cups milk for pudding
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
Whipped Cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream chilled
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Prepare the Pudding
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and instant vanilla pudding mix until thickened. Set aside.
Make the Whipped Cream
  1. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
Assemble the Trifles
  1. In small glass cups, layer the mixed berries, followed by a layer of pudding, and then a layer of whipped cream. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled.
  2. Top with additional berries and a dollop of whipped cream for garnish.
