Ingredients
  

Pasta and Chicken
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 breasts cooked chicken chopped
Cheeses
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shredded
Sauces and Condiments
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 10 oz cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
Vegetables
  • 10 oz chopped spinach thawed
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
Egg and Toppings
  • 1 each egg beaten
  • 6 oz french fried onions divided

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the egg and then stir in the cooked chopped chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, Parmesan cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, spinach, half the fried onions, and garlic and onion powder.
  3. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the egg and chicken mixture; toss to combine.
  4. Transfer to a greased 9x13 baking dish and cover with foil.
  5. Bake at 350?F for 30 minutes.
  6. At the end of 30 minutes, remove foil and sprinkle on the remaining onions.
  7. Return to the oven for another five minutes, or until onions are crisp and golden brown.
