Ingredients
  

  • 30 cookies Biscoff cookies
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1 cup milk chocolate for coating

Method
 

  1. Place Biscoff Cookies in a food processor and blend until very fine crumbs.
  2. Add the Biscoff Spread and pulse until it forms a thick paste.
  3. Transfer mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
  5. For the chocolate coating, melt milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Cool for 5 minutes.
  6. Dip each Biscoff ball into the melted milk chocolate using a fork and place back on the tray.
  7. Drizzle with more melted milk chocolate.
  8. Allow to set at room temperature or in the fridge before serving.

Notes
