For the Crust

Method
 

Prepare the Crust
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter until crumbly. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9x13 dish.
Blend the Cream Cheese Layer
  1. Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
Spread the Cream Cheese Mixture
  1. Gently spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust, smoothing it out with a spatula for even coverage. Chill this layer for at least 30 minutes to set slightly.
Prepare the Strawberry Jello
  1. Dissolve strawberry Jello in boiling water as per package instructions, stirring until fully dissolved. Let it cool to room temperature.
Add Fresh Strawberries
  1. Once your Jello is cool, fold in sliced fresh strawberries for added flavor and texture.
Layer the Jello Mixture
  1. Pour the strawberry-Jello mixture over the chilled cream cheese layer, spreading it gently. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
Top with Whipped Cream
  1. Before serving, spread a generous layer of whipped topping over the Jello layer.
