Ingredients
  

For the Dough
  • 2 cups Self-Rising Flour Can be made by mixing all-purpose flour with baking powder and salt.
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt Opt for plain yogurt for the best results.
For the Topping
  • to taste Sesame Seeds Optional but highly recommended.
  • to taste Everything Bagel Seasoning Can be used instead of sesame seeds.

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375?F.
  2. Combine the flour and Greek yogurt in a large bowl. Mix until a shaggy dough forms, then knead gently on a floured surface for about 1 minute until smooth and pliable.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each piece into a log about 8 inches long, then shape them into bagels by pinching the ends together.
  4. Boil water in a large pot and gently drop in the formed bagels. Boil for about 1 minute on each side.
  5. Place the bagels on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush them with a little olive oil or melted butter for flavor, and sprinkle with your favorite toppings.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
