  • 1 lb Ground sausage Use spicy or mild according to preference
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pkg Ritz crackers For serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350?F (175?C).
  4. Spoon the sausage mixture onto each Ritz cracker and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
