Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 2 cups watermelon cubed, seedless
  • 2 cups peaches sliced, fresh
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint chopped
Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed watermelon and sliced peaches.
  2. Add the crumbled feta cheese and chopped mint to the bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
