Ingredients
  

Tea Base
  • 4 cups Water For brewing tea
  • 4 teaspoons Black tea leaves Or 4 tea bags
Flavoring
  • 1 cup Pineapple juice Freshly squeezed or store-bought
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger Grated
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Adjust to taste
Serving
  • 1 cup Ice cubes For serving
  • 1 slice Lemon For garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Tea
  1. Boil 4 cups of water in a teapot.
  2. Once boiling, remove from heat and add black tea leaves or tea bags.
  3. Let steep for 5-7 minutes, then strain the tea into a pitcher.
Mix the Ingredients
  1. In the pitcher with tea, add pineapple juice, grated ginger, and honey.
  2. Stir well until honey is dissolved.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes.
Serve
  1. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled tea over the ice.
  2. Garnish with a slice of lemon if desired.

Notes
