For the Strawberries
  • 12 large strawberries fresh and hulled
  • 1/2 cup blueberries for topping

Method
 

Prepare the Cheesecake Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth using a hand mixer.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
Prepare the Strawberries
  1. Hull the strawberries, creating a hollow space in each berry for the filling.
  2. Transfer the cheesecake filling into a piping bag and fill each strawberry with the mixture.
  3. Top each filled strawberry with fresh blueberries.
  4. Arrange the strawberries on a serving platter and serve immediately.
