Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather ingredients. Assemble fresh radishes, sugar, vinegar, and salt.
  2. Slice radishes. Rinse and slice thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Mix brine. Combine water, vinegar, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  4. Combine ingredients. Place sliced radishes in a jar, sprinkle with salt, and pour warm brine over them.
  5. Cool and chill. Let jar cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
