Ingredients
  

Bok Choy
  • 1 lb bok choy washed and chopped
Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce low sodium recommended
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil for flavor
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Add the chopped bok choy to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  2. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine, and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Season with black pepper before serving.
