Sauce Ingredients
  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt Greek yogurt can be used for a thicker consistency.
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise Optional for creaminess.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced or crushed.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Optional for added flavor.

Method
 

Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and cumin.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
