Ingredients
  

French Fries
  • 4 medium Potatoes Russet or Yukon Gold
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
Coleslaw
  • 4 cups Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 cup Carrots shredded
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
Baked Beans
  • 2 cans Baked Beans 15 oz each
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Ketchup

Method
 

French Fries
  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Fry the potato strips in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Season with salt to taste.
Coleslaw
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Baked Beans
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine baked beans, chopped onion, brown sugar, mustard, and ketchup.
  3. Stir well and bake for 30 minutes until heated through.
