Ingredients
  

Ribs
  • 2 lbs Pork Ribs Baby back or spare ribs
Dry Rub
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper Optional for heat
BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce Your favorite brand

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor absorption.
  2. Combine all dry rub ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Rub the mixture generously over both sides of the ribs.
  4. Wrap the ribs in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the pellet grill to 225?F (107?C).
  2. Place the ribs on the grill grates bone side down and close the lid.
  3. Smoke the ribs for 3 hours, maintaining a steady temperature.
  4. After 3 hours, wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and return to the grill for another 1.5 hours.
  5. Unwrap the ribs, brush with BBQ sauce, and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Check the internal temperature; it should be around 195?F (90?C) for tender ribs.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.

Notes
