Ingredients
  

Pretzel Bomb Filling
  • 1 pound smoked brisket, shredded
  • 1 cup beer cheese dip
Pretzel Dough
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup baking soda
  • 2 cups warm water
  • coarse salt, for topping
  • melted butter, for brushing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375?F (190?C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded brisket and beer cheese until combined.
  3. Flatten each biscuit on a floured surface and add a spoonful of filling in the center.
  4. Wrap dough around filling, pinch to seal, and form into a ball.
  5. Dissolve baking soda in warm water.
  6. Dip each dough ball into the baking soda solution, then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle tops with coarse salt.
  8. Bake for 12?15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Brush with melted butter immediately after baking.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
