Ingredients
  

Grapes
  • 2 cups seedless grapes washed and dried
Sour Sugar Coating
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons citric acid adjust to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Grapes
  1. Wash and dry the grapes thoroughly. Remove any stems.
Make Sour Sugar
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar and citric acid. Mix well until fully combined.
Coat the Grapes
  1. Roll the dried grapes in the sour sugar mixture until fully coated.
Freeze
  1. Place the coated grapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for at least 2 hours.
Serve
  1. Once frozen, serve immediately as a refreshing snack.
