Prepare the Dip
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, corn, black beans, diced tomatoes, jalapeño, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Serve
- Transfer the dip to a serving dish and top with sliced green onions and chopped cilantro if desired.
