- Preheat your oven to 350?F (175?C). Grease and flour a loaf pan to prevent sticking.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs. Add the apple cider and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- While the loaf is baking, mix together the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Once the loaf is baked and slightly cooled, brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over it.
- Slice it up and serve warm.
