- Chill your mixing bowl and beaters in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
- Pour cold heavy whipping cream into the chilled bowl.
- Using an electric mixer, beat the cream on medium speed until soft peaks form (about 2-3 minutes).
- Gradually sprinkle in powdered sugar and the stabilizer while continuing to mix.
- Increase the mixer speed to high and continue beating until stiff peaks form (another 2-3 minutes).
- Taste the frosting and adjust sweetness by adding more powdered sugar if desired.
