  • 2.5 lbs organic chicken wings, disjointed
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons Everything All-Purpose Blend
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika optional
  • 0.25 cup organic all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup cornstarch
Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cups Gochujang sauce
  • sesame seeds for garnish

Equipment

  • large bowl
  • Baking sheet
  • parchment paper
  • wire rack
  • skillet

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, add chicken wings, salt, Everything All-Purpose Blend, smoked paprika, cornstarch, and flour, mixing until chicken is fully coated. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and a wire rack.
  3. Lay each chicken wing side by side onto the baking sheet (about an inch apart). Bake for 30-35 minutes or until crispy.
Sauce Mixing
  1. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add Gochujang sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low-medium and simmer for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the crispy chicken wings to the sauce and toss until coated.
  3. Garnish wings with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
