  • 2 medium Sweet Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 bunch Swiss Chard stems removed and leaves chopped
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes optional for heat

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Add diced sweet potatoes to the skillet and season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sweet potatoes are tender.
  3. Add chopped Swiss chard and cook until wilted, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary before serving.
