Cucumber Sandwiches
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, dill, and salt. Spread the mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer cucumber slices on half of the bread slices and top with the remaining slices to form sandwiches.
- Cut into quarters or use a cookie cutter for shapes.
Egg Salad Sandwiches
- In a bowl, mix chopped eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, chives, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread the egg salad mixture on one side of each slice of whole grain bread.
- Top with another slice of bread, then cut into quarters.
Smoked Salmon Sandwiches
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, capers, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of each slice of rye bread.
- Layer smoked salmon on half of the slices, sprinkle with dill, and top with remaining slices.
- Cut into quarters or desired shapes.
