Prepare the Dip
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the refried beans, sour cream, cream cheese, taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and half of the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Top with sliced black olives and chopped green onions before serving.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
