Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies drained
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
Toppings
  • 1 cup sliced black olives optional
  • 1 cup chopped green onions for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Dip
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the refried beans, sour cream, cream cheese, taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and half of the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  4. Top with the remaining cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  2. Top with sliced black olives and chopped green onions before serving.
  3. Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.

Notes
