Ingredients
  

Beef
  • 1 pound flank steak thinly sliced
Salad
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint chopped
Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or honey
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes adjust to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Beef
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the flank steak with salt and pepper, then grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, minced garlic, and chili flakes until well combined.
Assemble the Salad
  1. In a large bowl, combine mixed salad greens, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and mint. Slice the grilled beef and add it to the salad.
Dress the Salad
  1. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.

Notes
