  • 1 cup Cottage cheese Drained
  • 1 cup Mashed potatoes Cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs For coating
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, mashed potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into small tots and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Coat each tot with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
