  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 1 cup heavy cream chilled
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon for garnish

Method

Prepare the Cake
  1. Preheat the oven to 350?F (175?C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
