- In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into chocolate mixture.
- Fold in whipped cream until combined. Spoon on top of milk chocolate mousse in cups.
Serve
- Chill the mousse cups for at least 2 hours before serving. Garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.
