  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar
  • 8 ounces goat cheese brushed with pink food coloring

  • 8 ounces Italian dry Salami made into flowers
Fruits
  • 1 pound fresh cherries if available
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 pound strawberries cut into half
  • 1 pint raspberries
  • 2 pounds red grapes
Condiments and Sweets
  • ? cup grape jam in a small bowl
  • 1 bag Lindor chocolate truffles 8.5 ounces
  • 1 bag conversation heart candies 5 ounces
  • 1 bag cinnamon heart candies 12 ounces
  • 1 bag Hershey's chocolate hearts 9.2 ounces

Method
 

Building the Board
  1. Place garlic and herb Boursin, Wensleydale with cranberries, sharp cheddar, and goat cheese on a heart-shaped charcuterie board.
  2. Add Italian dry Salami, using a small cup to fold the pieces around the rim and then invert onto the board to form flowers.
  3. Add fresh cherries, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and red grapes to the board along with grape jam in a small bowl.
  4. Fill in the empty spaces with chocolate truffles, conversation heart candies, cinnamon heart candies, and Hershey's chocolate hearts.
  5. Add fresh roses or other fresh flowers for an extra romantic touch.
