  • 2.5 ounces spicy Italian dry salami

  • 6 ounces raspberries
  • 2.5 ounces radishes thinly sliced
Pickles & Crackers
  • 4 ounces sweet Gherkin pickles
  • 4 ounces assorted crackers

  • 2.5 ounces chocolate covered pretzels

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine fig marmalade, chopped pecans, and goat cheese until fully mixed. Transfer to parchment paper and shape into a heart, topping it with dried cranberries.
  2. Place the heart-shaped cheese on the middle of a serving platter and arrange prosciutto on either side.
  3. Add sweet Gherkin pickles and pistachios to small bowls and place around the platter.
  4. Arrange crackers around the outer edges of the platter.
  5. Position sliced radishes next to the prosciutto.
  6. Create two piles of mozzarella cheese cubes at opposite ends of the platter along with strawberries and raspberries in available spaces.
  7. Form 4-6 salami roses by overlapping three pieces of salami, folding and rolling them into semblance of a rose, optionally securing with a toothpick.
  8. Fill any remaining spaces with salami roses and chocolate covered pretzels. Optionally, garnish with fresh flowers or greenery.
  9. Serve once the cheese has come to room temperature.
