Ingredients
  

Oats Base
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk can use almond, soy, or regular milk
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey for sweetness
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt optional
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts such as almonds or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup fresh berries such as blueberries or strawberries

Method
 

Prepare the Oats
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, brewed coffee, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and salt. Stir well to combine.
  2. Divide the mixture evenly into jars or containers with lids.
Refrigerate
  1. Seal the jars and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours to allow the oats to absorb the liquid.
Serve
  1. In the morning, stir the oats and add Greek yogurt, chopped nuts, and fresh berries as toppings before serving.
