Prepare the Cake Base

Assemble the Watermelon Fruitcake
- Once the cake has cooled, slice it into layers.
- Layer the diced watermelon between the cake layers.
- Top the final layer with whipped cream and additional watermelon pieces.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
