Watermelon Popsicles

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed seedless
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, adjust to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Mixture
  1. Place the cubed watermelon in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add lime juice and honey to the blender and blend again until well combined.
Fill the Molds
  1. Pour the watermelon mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  2. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
Serve
  1. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
  2. Enjoy your refreshing watermelon popsicles!
