Watermelon Slushie Base
  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed frozen for best results
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup optional for sweetness
  • 1 cup ice more for a thicker slushie

Method
 

Prepare the Slushie
  1. In a blender, combine the frozen watermelon cubes, lime juice, honey (if using), and ice.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and slushy, adding more ice if necessary to reach desired consistency.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey or lime juice if needed.
  4. Pour into serving glasses and serve immediately.
