Ingredients
  

Caprese Skewers
  • 12 pieces Cherry tomatoes Fresh
  • 12 pieces Mozzarella balls Bocconcini
  • 12 leaves Fresh basil Whole
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze For drizzling
Mini Spinach and Feta Puffs
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry Thawed
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach Chopped
  • 1 cup Feta cheese Crumbled
  • 1 large Egg Beaten, for egg wash
Stuffed Mushrooms
  • 12 pieces Button mushrooms Stems removed
  • 1 cup Cream cheese Softened
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley Chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Caprese Skewers
  1. Thread a cherry tomato, a basil leaf, and a mozzarella ball onto a skewer. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  2. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
Mini Spinach and Feta Puffs
  1. Preheat the oven to 400?F (200?C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
  3. In a bowl, mix spinach and feta. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each pastry square.
  4. Fold the pastry over and seal the edges. Brush with beaten egg.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Stuffed Mushrooms
  1. Preheat the oven to 375?F (190?C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, and garlic until well combined.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.
