  • 46 boneless chicken thighs (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together buttermilk, Sriracha, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken thighs and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade; let excess drip off. Dredge each thigh in flour until fully coated.
