  • 6 cups mixed apples (3 cups Granny Smith, 3 cups Honeycrisp)
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Vanilla ice cream for serving

Instructions
