  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
