Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider buns (soft)
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage (mild or spicy)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). Break into small pieces while cooking.

  4. Layer half of the slider buns in the prepared dish. Top with cooked sausage, scrambled eggs, and shredded cheese. Place remaining slider buns on top.
  5. Brush melted butter over the tops of the buns for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
