  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups thawed frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (mixed colors)
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Add onions and bell peppers halfway through cooking.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
