  • 12 oz smoked sausage (kielbasa or andouille), cut into pieces
  • 1 lb baby Yukon Gold or red potatoes, quartered

  • 1 medium sweet onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
