Ingredients
  

Cucumbers
  • 4 medium cucumbers sliced thinly
Marinade
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dill fresh or dried
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Method
 

Prepare the Cucumbers
  1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and slice them thinly.
Make the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the white vinegar, water, sugar, salt, black pepper, dill, and minced garlic until the sugar and salt are dissolved.
Combine and Marinate
  1. Add the sliced cucumbers to the marinade and stir to coat evenly.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a jar or container, seal it, and refrigerate for at least 45 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve
